What is MyMedicare?

MyMedicare is a voluntary patient registration model in Australia that formalises the relationship between you, your preferred GP, and Griffin Medical Centre. By registering, you gain access to additional benefits designed to deliver more of the care you need and improve your health outcomes.

Benefits of registering
  • Access to bulk-billed telehealth consultations with your registered GP
  • Comprehensive, tailored care plans for managing your health
  • A formalised relationship with your preferred GP and care team
  • Improved continuity of care across your visits
Who can register?

You can register with Griffin Medical Centre if:

  • You've had 2 or more face-to-face MBS services with our practice in the previous 24 months, OR
  • You meet one of the exemption criteria (children under 18 whose parent is registered, parents of a registered child under 18, patients following their GP to our practice, patients experiencing family and domestic violence, or patients experiencing homelessness).

There is no cost to register, and registration is completely voluntary. You can only be registered with one practice at a time.
