Dr. Peter Lawson
General Practitioner, Male, FRACGP
Dr Peter started working as a GP in Brisbane in 1980 after serving with the RAAF. Dr Peter enjoys all aspects of General Practice, with a keen interest in Aviation and Sports Medicine. Dr Peter has had professional involvement with AFL and Rugby League.
Dr Peter consults patients of all age groups, and is passionate about providing compassionate and holistic health care to his patients. His friendly and warm personality makes his patients feel very comfortable and at ease.
As from 6th May 2025: Dr Lawson FEES WILL BE $85 STANDARD AND NEW PATIENTS AND LONG CONSULTATION $130 with Medicare rebate back if have current Medicare card. Children 16yrs and under and pension card holders 65yrs and over will still be bulk billed.

Dr. Parul Christian
General Practitioner, Female FRACGP, MBBS, MSurg, Clinical PHD
Dr Christian is an Ophthalmologist and a General Practitioner with notable qualifications and extensive experience working in Trauma/Tertiary hospitals and private practices in Australia. Dr Christian has a special interest in children’s health and Skin Cancer medicine inc. surgical excision, eye health, minor trauma & urgent care. She is also interested in Women’s health inc. antenatal care, mental health & chronic disease management. Dr Christian is also an academic & OSCE examiner for UQ School of Medicine since 2010. She has also supervised & trained many registrars in clinical settings. She is actively involved as a clinician-scientist since 2010 with research degree qualifications of MPhil & Clinical PhD and scholarly research work published in specialty medical journals. Dr Christian has presented at national & international conferences. Dr Christian follows a MIXED BILLING POLICY. Dr Manjula Abeysinghe
General Practitioner, Female, FRACGP, MBBS
My training while here in Australia was spent at both Ballarat Base and Redland Bay Hospital, working as a registrar in Emergency.
After completing this, I moved on to working as a General Practitioner in the Lockyer Valley until I joined the Griffin Medical Centre in 2022.
Dr Manjula's fees will be standard $85, and new patients and long consultations $130.
Medicare rebate will apply as long as you have a Medicare card.
Children 16 years and under, as well as pension card holders 65 years and over, will still be bulk billed.

Dr. Sana Kiyani
General Practitioner, Female, FRACGP, MBBS
She has a holistic approach towards providing complete care and treatment to her patients.
Her special interests are antenatal care, women’s health, contraception including but not limited to Implanon insertion/removal, Mirena removal, management of chronic diseases, surgical procedures, and ingrown nail excision.
Please note there will be a fee on all Saturday appointments: $95.00 (rebate $42.85).
Long appointments, including new patients, will be $135 (rebate $82.85).

Dr. Muhammad Tahir
General Practitioner, Male, FRACGP, MBBS
Dr Tahir MBBS, FRACGP joined Griffin Medical Centre team in early 2021. He has background of working in internal medicine in tertiary care hospitals.His areas of interest include management of chronic medical conditions, mental health and emergency cases. Dr Tahir completed fellowship with RACGP in 2019. As an immigrant doctor he understands the cultural sensitivities well and is easy to talk to patients from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds. After fellowship, he completed certifications in treatment of skin cancers. He takes bio-psycho-social approach in patient management. Dr Tahir also treats workcover patients and overseas travels. He is available at Griffin Medical center and via telehealth.
